The design allows the piece to rotate under a gentle breeze or push, creating a hypnotic optical illusion. As the decoration is spun clockwise the satin reflections appear to travel outwards, and once rotated counter clockwise they travel inward. The piece could be hung on the tree, under a mantelpiece or in a window, and is subtle enough in its form to be used all year round.
This is made from sterling silver, hung on ribbon from a sturdy steel hook.
